Following the amazing response (thank you all so much) to my Dealing with Weight Gain post, I thought it was only right to follow the post with my solution.
Monday marks the start of my new challenge, neatly named “#sweatmybaguette” following life after studying abroad in France - see what I did there… and how I plan on transforming my mind and body!
#SweatMyBaguette will run throughout May and I will be challenging myself to..
- Train 3 times a week
- Attend 1 class a week
- Be “on it” with Meal Prep
- Work on balance 80:20
- FEEL BETTER!
I will be working with the wonderful Monkey Nutrition using a few of their products* to help me along the way! I’ve taken some cliché “before” shots, and I cannot wait to compare them (cringe - we’ll see). I really want to show people that a little extra work and mindfulness is all it takes!
There's nothing like waking up early with bags of energy; because I’ve eaten well and worked out! It’s such an addictive feeling!
